You may be milking a bit too vigorously and you have bruised her teat or udder. The milk is very likely safe if everything else appears to be normal, no clumps or slime and the doe is acting okay, no pain, redness in the udder. Be sure not to get too high up on the udder, be sure to not pull on the teat. The proper milking technique is to grasp the top the the teat in the crook of your thumb closing it off, the roll your fingers one by one down the teat to "push" the milk out. Don't pinch the teat and then pull you fingers down it to milk, this damages the teat (imagine doing this to yourself). Goat with low udders are more prone to injury and bruising too while out foraging or when stepping through high doorways. She will likely heal in a few days if she is milked gently.

I just bought a doe and 2 little ones and am milking her and bottlefeeding the little ones with her milk. I've been noticing that there has been a little amount of blood at the bottom of the picture. What can I do for this? Is it save to feed it to the babies? She had them 2 weeks ago.
